Ordered phone but never received it. Fed Ex isn’t helping me.

My phone was supposed to be delivered on February 4th but never arrived. I called Boost Mobile and the man I talked to told me to call Fed Ex.

I talked to Fed Ex and they basically told me it was delivered to the wrong address and would follow up with me. I never received a second phone call. I even filled out a claim form which has also been ignored.
