New phone arrived with no paperwork

I just received my new Coolpad Legacy and there is nothing but the hardware in the box. There is no activation code, instruction manual or warranty card. As I understand it, there should be a card with activation code to avoid the activation fee. How to I obtain the missing items?

Hello there. As with many other businesses Boost Mobile has gone green and we try to minimize the use of paper in our shipping. On the other hand, our web site offers support  for most devices. You can also go here https://support.coolpad.us/hc/en-us/articles/360022712474-Coolpad-Legacy-User-Manual-and-Quick-Start-Guide and download the manual. In regards to activation code, all you need is go to our web site here https://activate.boostmobile.com/primary/activations-home?intnav=UtilNav:Activate and follow the prompts to activate your device, no charge fees. If you have any question or concern please let us know.

I had Boost Mobile for years but went elsewhere for better pricing around 17 months ago. I am attempting to return as a new customer as it seems Boost has forgotten me.

I tried swap and activate my new Coolpad Legacy and it won't let me do it on the Boost Mobile site. So fed up and ready to return it. I got the phone brand new from Boost Mobile.

I ordered my coolpad legacy from Boost Mobile site. It won't let me swap and activate online. I chose this phone because it had a nationwide network and works on our street. We can't get service with the expanded network.
