My fiance just bought a coolpad and it is not connecting to our home wifi.... Everything else is working just not the wifi it tells us that it is trying to connect then it is disabled.... Customer service says that its spectrums fault and spectrum says its a boost issue can someone please help

Hi there! Sorry to hear that. We don't control the phone's Wi-Fi connection. If the Wi-Fi provider confirmed that everything is good on their end, please contact the manufacturer for assistance with the phone settings.
