Check Phone Compatability for Boost Plan

I keep getting this message when I run my phones IMEI to see if the phone is compatible to Boost Network.
"Bummer!
Something went wrong here on our end. Try entering your device ID again and be careful to enter the numbers correctly. If you continue to get this message, it may mean we are still working out the kinks"
I have tried 7 different times. Please help.

Kira - I am having the same problem. I'm trying to sign up for the $25/month bring your own phone unlimited plan but I can't get past the same step where it says "Bummer." I don't know how to send a private message, though.
