Upgrading towers nonsense
I have gone without no service for over 3 days. Ive been given so many different answers as to why and when it will be resolved. How can a company enhance its towers by causing good standing customers to lose service. Ive never dealt with this with Verizon or ATT and even though they might cost a bit more...at least I can say I never ever was inconvienced this way. I will be switching my services to a more reliable network. This is complete b.s. and i dont care if im being compensated.
