So I have a Samsung S9+ that I bought here when Boost took over Virgin, I had no service at all for 4 days after the storm passed thru north New Jersey, now since Sunday, 8/16/2020 I have had nothing but very poor 3G service, when it works, I have this condition everywhere I have gone in New Jersey, not just in the north.

I was told when the take over happened that there would be no change in my service, this is total BS, I have been to areas where I had service when my friend with Verizon did not, since the take over we have been back to these same areas and my service totally sucks!

This is not what I'm paying for, so Boost, what's going on? where is my 4G?
