Service out because towers are being "upgraded..."

Look, Boost. I have had 0 as in NO service since FRIDAY afternoon- this is now Sunday evening in San Diego, CA. . EVERY TIME I contact your agents on MY wifi I get you all upgrading cell towers. So WHEN is service being restored.? I am not interested in your apologies. I want an honest ETA.

Hi there! Sorry for the delayed response. Support is available from 6 am - 10 pm CST Monday - Friday, and from 6 am - 9 pm CST on weekends.
