I'm having the same issue. I haven't had service for three days. I know it isn't a problem on my end with service area or anything because my job takes me all over the state. I don't have service anywhere and can't make calls or text. I need this fixed ASAP

I have had no service for the last 12+ hours in the DFW area. We had a storm yesterday afternoon which led to power outages. Wondering if that’s the cause?

It does not connect. I get the same recorded message, number or code you are dialing...
Yes, I get a recording saying the number or code I have dialed is invalid

I see. Please try dialing 18882667848. This should connect you with our automated response system for our customer service line. If you manage to connect to it and hear the machine ask for your number or give you options, it would mean that you need to check the number that you are trying to call. Otherwise, let us know so we may determine a course of action.
