No service for a week. Samsung Galaxy J3. Philadelphia, PA area

I have had intermittent service for the past week and it's only getting worse. My service might connect for a few minutes periodically throughout the day and I will recieve incoming texts but it is down 98% of the time, conpletely unusable. This has happened twice previously in the past few months for one or two days at a time but now it has stretched over a week with no improvement.

I have tried everything possible to fix this on my own. Updating the profile, all software, clearing the cache in system recovery, the airplane mode trick, trying to connect directly to the network and not having it set on automatic. I have spent a few hours trying to resolve this issue. I did a factory reset 3 days ago and nothing changed. I am at a loss and really need some help with this.

I can't call service because I have no landline and there are no Virgin Mobile stores close to me.

Any help would be appreciated. I have been a customer for years, account is paid in full. This is extremely frustrating.
