New phone unable to transfer to Boost.
Got a phone and it is Boost compatible. My old phone is no longer working & would like to use the one I got.
I called customer service and they said to set it all up online. I used your website but I have gotten to the screen in which you input the SIM card's #....
it keeps saying after I enter the id in "We had trouble processing your ICCID. Please try again."
I have tried this on multiple occasions.
