Invalid SIM card

I have been a customer for about 8 years. Replaced my SIM card Monday and since then I lost service. Called Boost and they keep saying give us 48-72 hours. Well today was the 72 hour mark and I haven't heard anything from them. Nobody seems to know what's going on, no-one has reached out to me to give me an update or nothing. Just now was on the chat with an agent and he suggested for me to file a claim for a phone so I will have to come with $175 deductible to try this. I'm out, terrible customer care, specially for someone that was with the company for so long.
