Hi there! Customers with LTE coverage can expect average data speeds of: 4-35 Mbps download and 1-5 Mbps upload with an average device. 3G coverage or areas where 4G LTE is not available, customers can expect to experience 600Kbps - 1.4 Mbps download speeds and 350 Kbps - 500 Kbps upload with an average device.

Estimating wireless coverage and signal strength is never exact. There can be differences with our estimated and actual coverage areas or gaps because of things within or outside of our control, like:

  • Structures or buildings (concrete or steel) that make it hard for signal to penetrate.

  • Topography (hills, mountains or even leafs on trees)

  • Weather (snow or ice storms, heavy rain or wind and natural disasters)

  • A customer’s wireless device (may not have updated software or have a hardware malfunction)

  • Network problems (ours or companies we connect our network with)

Yeah but having coverage doesn't guarantee speeds
