Haven't been able to call, receive calls, text, or use data at all since last Wednesday
Early morning August 29th we had a storm pass through and my fiance and I have had no service since. We have reported it several times and someone messaged my fiance and said they were out fixing the problem. We have not had any issues with Boost for a long while. We are pretty upset because we are paying for services we do not have and we need our phones. Can someone give us an answer? We live in the 62618 zip code. Thanks.
