Every Mardi Gras

So we’ve been with boost for 2 years now and for the most part we are happy. But so far every Mardi Gras ,we’ll be sitting on the parade route with full service I mean full LTE all bars and running at .018 speed or slower. Can’t send pictures or check email or anything. The first year I thought it was a fluke but it happened again this year. I’ve learned from reading the forums that technical support gives the same fake “ we had an outage in your area” answer for everything. Sad thing is our friends and family on sprint were running fine.
