Bad service

No data and very poor signal, barely 1 bar for almost 4 days now. What's going on with service in the 46350 area?

Poor signal 😩😩😩This is awful service but when you go to purchase a phone and ask about how good is their signal service they say they are as good as Verizon!!!! No it is not !!!! Plans cheaper but poor service connection!!!! Guess you pay less you get less!!!

My signal has been awful fo 2 days, in and out no calls going through and text taking forever. Tried to call customer service and they said there was a 10 minute wait held on for 45 minutes still no one answered. Tried chat service and it says they are unavailable and it shows their hours as closed all week. I need signal in my 46795 zip code.

Will this process help others determine what is up with bad/no service as well? (I don't have an iPhone and am in a different zip code.)
