Motorola moto z2 play

Over the phone support seems to be set on my phone not being able to be activated on boost but I have a Email from boost saying the phone is eligible.... This company is going to lose my business if they cant activate my phone SOON!!! email screen cap.png

I asked that before I owned the phone so I wouldn't be out money... **bleep** this I'm killing my service and ban me from this site if you like

Base on the email you receive, they didn't specify the IMEI of the device.  Just the name, model, and company of the device. We apologize for the inconvenience.
