I've had nothing but problems with my Moto g fast. It started the day after I bought it, and I should have returned it then. I was stupid and thought maybe it was a one time glitch. My phone crashes several times a day and locks up. I was switching from the Stylo j4, should have just gone with the Stylo j6.
I bought this the day after Christmas, it was my Christmas present from my S.O. So my Valentine's Day present is going to be a new phone already, do to this piece of crap crashing every single day, several times a day. It crashes at the worst time's, and I can't have that since you've got to be fast trying to schedule a covid-19 vaccine. I just can't count on it.

No, it just freezes, sometimes it goes back to the blue Moto screen. It is just a awful phone. I'm sorry I bought it.
