How long before I can upgrade my phone

I have the emergency phone stopped in the ABC phone shop I always let my phone and boost payment the same I'm about two phones from this person and now I'm asked right I gave one of them back and then you no money or anything back now all the sudden this one ain't getting no text message or anything I want to upgrade how long before I upgrade
