-The device has been active for at least 12 months on the same account. -The device has not been reported as lost or stolen. -A payment has been made within the last 90 days. -The device must be powered on and in Sprint coverage, within the U.S., with the original SIM card inserted.
To research further, please send us a private message with your phone number, PIN, and IMEI of the phone you'd like to get unlocked.
To send a private message just click on the picture of any Boost Mobile agent and, in the next screen, click "send this user a private message".
