I'm trying to activate a Moto G Play with no luck, may I get some help.I have the MEID and the ICC, if needed.

Hi there crorella. If this is not a Boost Mobile device, please check the list of devices that can be activated whit Boost Mobile. Actually, that was the first thing I did, and this website says my phone is compatible with the carrier:
Your phone is compatible with our network. Now all you need is a Boost Mobile SIM."

You can send a "PM" or private message a couple of different ways. If you click on the name of the person, you'll be taken to their profile. On the right side of the screen, you should see "send this user a Private Message". Click it and you'll be taken to the PM window with their name already in the To: field. Type up what you want to say, hit send message and you're good. You can also go to your own profile by clicking on your name from the forums and then clicking the PM icon. From the PM window select "New Message" and type the user name of the Community member in the "To" field and off you go. -Kira_M.

My phone just came in the mail from boost online and I am trying to swap my device and online on boost it says my phone is set up but the phone itself says its carrier is sprint and I need to call sprint.
