Trying to swap phones

I swapped devices and it said swap successful but i still dont have service. This was around 12 hours ago. Ice already talked to 3 other people on here and nothing has worked. I've updated the system profile and the PRL. ive tried ##72786#. Ive tried to handsfree activate. Nothing has worked and its making me pretty upset as i need my phone for work. I know the phones have been swapped. Ive done everything i was told. Why hasnt my service switched over yet???
