I am getting mip 67 alert. what do Ineed to do?

Hello, @rohara. Thanks for reaching out to us. The error message MIP 67 usually happens when a customer is unable to access the data.
In this case, we'd like to perform some troubleshooting to get the problem resolved. Please, follow these steps to change the network mode: Settings> Networks tab> More> Mobile networks> Network mode> select LTE/CDMA> tap OK.
After that, do the following steps to update the service: Settings> General tab> System Updates> Update Profile. Then, test the service and let us know the outcome.
@RossyC What if it is an older phone tjat no longer has service but is recieving this message?
Hello @CatDeb Thank you for contacting us. Do you still have the Boost SIM card inserted in the device? This error occurs when the device is trying to connect to the data service.
