Message blocking active

I been talking to my girlfriend on snapchat and everytime I try and send her a message on messages I get message blocking active and it sucks that I cant text her number because when she is out that is the only way I can talk to you can you please help me out on what I have to do.

Any message I send her on my phone number it wont go through at all and she doesn't have me block it just keeps saying that if I send a message. I get message unable to go through message blocking active.
