Message 4 switch 2195

I haven't been able to consistently dial or receive calls in two days. I keep getting this error message. It tells me that I am not authorized to make calls to this number with every number I dial including 611. I have spent time on the phone with support, had them reset everything from their end, reactivated the phone, factory reset, updated profile, and nothing has fixed this. What does this error message mean and how can I get this fixed?

Technical support should create a ticket for this issue. this is something to check in the network.

it's doing it again after coming home today. I haven't gotten any help from Boost over this either on the forums or over the phone. I'm about to have to pay again, and boost is about to lose a customer. My phone is unusable while I'm getting this message.

Connect to Wi-Fi (if available)
Go to the dial pad or phone app.
Enter # # 72786 #
Confirm the reset.
Allow the device to restart and go through the activation processNote: Certain legacy devices may require an MSL code. If your device requires one, we recommend submitting a ticket to Support to obtain the code.

Hello @jackerman75. If you still need assistance, send us a private message with your phone number, PIN and your home address to verify if there is any outage affecting that area. You can send us a private message just clicking on my name and then selecting “Send this user a private message".

There is no outage in the area. The other phone on my account makes and receives calls and texts perfectly. I have had the SIM replaced on the phone and the problem is still persisting. I have been effectively without my phone when at my home address (where I spend 95% of my time) since the 18th of march.

Moto E2 is the other phone on the account and is working perfectly side by side with the XPower giving the error message and not allowing calls.

This has been done multiple times and does not improve the situation. The SIM has also been replaced at this point.

I was really hopeful after getting the software update last night that this would be resolved. No such luck and i also can't unlock the uicc like the software update said i needed to...

Spent more time on the phone with tech support tonight. Did a full rtc reset. Phone worked for maybe 4 calls...now I'm back to the same error message when dialing. Phone service is useless when you can't send or receive calls from the location you're at 99% of the time. I can't get them to credit me for lost days due to this and i can't afford to switch carriers right now. I can't be the only person to have this problem. I still don't understand why nobody can seem to tell me what message 4 switch 2195 even means. Reporting boost to the bbb tomorrow.

39 Days and counting. Tech support back end is supposedly working on a solution, but they keep calling me asking me to perform the same steps (3 time stamps to different numbers, ##72786#). I am done with this. If I do not have a resolution by Friday including service compensation for the last month, I will be leaving boost and taking as many people as I know on this network with me (family alone accounts for 8 lines across several accounts). As promised previously, I have filed a complaint with the BBB.

I'm truly sorry for that inconvenience. Can you please send me a private message with the ticket number if you received one from tech support?

I need the phone number for the executive offices. I have been working on this with Gabriel but I lost the number he told me to call. I have the extension, just not the main number.

As an update, I was sent a poc LG K3 which works so he addressed it as a hardware issue. I bought a new X Power at a discounted price and when the new phone got here....the Xpower gets the message 4 switch 2195. The proble HAS TO BE WITH THE TOWER and it STARTED ON MARCH 18...GET SOMEONE OUT HERE TO CHECK THE HARDWARE
