Lg stylo5. Has 3 faded grey sections on the screen

My my phone was working just fine and then woke up and had three faded gray sections dark gray at the top lighter gray in the middle I'm in light gray on the bottom. The touch on the phone seems to truly keep getting worse

No i did not. I'm very careful with my phones. Always have. The phone was working perfectly fine then it died. Charged it and turned it on to the grey sections on the screen
