I am looking at Buying a new unlocked LG G8X Dual Screen Phone will that work with my Boost service.... I tried to go check but since I don't have a device # because I haven't purchased it yet it won't let me check

I just got mine activated. I had to call and have them switch me to the old cdma network because they have a new "extended" network that uses different sim cards. You would need to have a 516 sim card I had to buy it off ebay for $25 but i wasn't gonna buy another phone.

So were you able to get an LG G8x activated? I purchased a new G8X that is Sprint unlocked but when I try to do the switch online, it says device not compatible?! I have the 516 SIM card already but I just would like to know what to say to customer service when I call because I haven't had the best luck in the past trying to deal with explaining things to them lol
