Spent over 8 hours on trying to activate LG stylo 6. I want my money back for this trash

This is absolutely obsurb that this cannot be resolved. I have been bounced back and forth all day for two weeks all for your company to not do a thing. I want a full refund for the phone and service I paid for today. How you cant activate your own Boost mobile device. Its like working with a group of freaking children.

We understand your frustration, 10jscholl. We have a 7 days return policy. The issue started after a master reset, it could be related to the software malfunctioning. Please contact LG for further assistance with the warranty.

Had you gone to a Boost Store with a store employee who knows what they are doing? My A20 wouldn't activate for nothing so I put another old phone on my plan & then swapped back to my A20 & did the network reset & all good now.
