I need a new phone

I have an issue with my Account. This morning I woke up and my phone said the sim card was not active and the phone would not work. I checked my account another phone was showing and I tried to get it corrected with the chat rep .  When I was doing this and taking the phone battery out it  messed up and it started sparking and now the phone will not turn on so I need a new phone but I don't have insurance how do I get a replacement on this account? I was able to change the pin so who ever changed the phone can't access my account but I'm trying to figure out how they got into the account to change the phone and why. Now My phone is broken and I can't use it because of an issue with BOOST and they horrible customer service they have SMDH!!!!! :-(
