there seems no avenue to get a pin number to activate my phone. Any thoughts?

Hi, reinoc. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I'd love to assist you. Are you activating a new account, porting a number from a different carrier or swapping phones in an existing account?
Thanksit is a new phone from VM. I Got the phone and a new sim card but still am unable to navigate the activation process.
Now I am stuck in the activate screen, http.resourcenotfound.

Assuming you are an existing customer, please follow these steps; logging to your account through the web site, scroll and look for My Device, under it you'll see I Want To.... section. Tap Swap My Device. From then on just follow the prompts to swap your phone. If you are a new customer, then go here to activate your phone https://activate.virginmobileusa.com/#/your-device Let us know if you still need help.
Please send us a Private Message by clicking on my user name and at the right side of the pane you will see the option to send a private message. Include your phone IMEI.
I have done this multiple times. I need a PIN number. I do not have a pin number and can not see a way to get one. I NEED A PIN NUMBER!
Apparently I just need to make up a new pin number. Please be explicit about that. Sorry for my curtness.
