UNLOCK STATUS PLEASE

Hi there

I submitted a requested to get all 5 phones on our account unlocked on November 27.  We are eligible and have had the service and phones for 12 months.  Can I please get an update on the status of these?  I have the ref numbers for all 5 phones I can DM someone.  I would like to get this done because I ordered a new phone with Boost and want to swap devices but want to wait until the unlock procedure is complete.  Please advise

Hello, my sister gifted me a phone , boost confirmed its unlocked but i can not use over AT&T. I get error stating your device is not compatible with cellular provider. Can you please help? i can't send direct IM.

Its probably unlocked.But that particular phone may not can be used with AT&T.
