This device is not eligible to swap.

Currently, the phone i have on my account is busted and unusable. So i'm trying to swap my service to my iPhone 5s that is also with Boost. However, everything I try, i get the message, "This device is not eligible to swap." Can anyone help me?

i’m having the same problem. Just brought a brand new iphone 6s plus from amazon to get rid of my old iphone 5s. I tried putting in my sim card and it didn’t work. So I went to Boost Mobile’s website and it was not working whatsoever. I tried everything. I am really upset.
