Order update

I placed an order yesterday around 12:30 pm Central time - I paid for overnight shipping & was charged immediately.   It still shows my order processing.   Yes, I’m a current customer and am really frustrated that I cannot speak to a human for an update!   I keep getting routed to online order status page!
