Online activation not loading
Bought a replacement phone from Virgin. Tried "Swap My Device" and "Activate" and neither one of them will load. The farthest I can get is the "choose your plan" screen, but there are no plans to choose, just a back button and a "next" button that doesn't do anything. Tried all browsers, Mac and Windows. Tried phone help but of course they're closed right now. Really desperately need my phone working this morning. Thanks.
