Issue swapping phones

 Hi, I'm trying to activate an Iphone 8 from my previous Galaxy J7 but the site doesn't seem to be working. It physically wont even let me insert the serial number and the IMEI gives me this error "db_no_data_found_exception-Client.701:354830096059235 is not found in NMS".
