iPhone XR Swap Problems!
Unable to swap new iPhone XR purchased from Boost Mobile from my currently working iPhone 6, …”We had trouble processing your ICCIC. Please try again.” “Firmware Upgrade Required” - it is current.
Phone tech support says my sim card is bad, doubtful, and they have NO replacements to send me. Unacceptable! Local Boost dealer says new “advanced network” sim card is required and supplied “nationwide network” card no longer made, no longer works. Again this is doubtful because my iPhone 6 is currently running a nationwide network card just fine. Dealer claims he can sell me an advanced network card that will work, …but ONLY if I buy a new plan that costs TWICE as much.
Boost needs to make this expensive phone it sold me work on my plan, …or at least a similarly priced plan!!! If not, I require a full refund on my iPhone or a successful unlock to move my phone to a competitive functional network.
Very frustrated!!!. I can see from all the other posts that this is problem for many.
