HELP1 Boost Mobile iPone doesn't work on it's own network !!!!

New iPhone XR direct from Boost on 12/1. 7 hours logged & 3 “dealer” visits over 12 days. Website says “can’t connect with IMEI. Please try again”. “Dealers” say supplied “nationwide” network sim card is obsolete, “advanced” network is required = $32 to dealer + $240 pr yr additional for “upgraded” wireless plan! Bait & switch. Dealers claim nationwide network no longer available, must have advanced network. Drove hour round trip to best recommended “full service” dealer for 10 am opening today. Left after waiting in parking lot til 11:20. Store never opened in the 80 minutes I wait

DON’T RESPOND WITH “PM me”. Already done this multiple times. Already “escalated”. No response. No response. No response. Phone operators have no answer, …said “try dealers” - no sims available.

TIME FOR BOOST MOBILE TO UNLOCK my iPhone XR and iPhone 6 Plus so I can move on to another provider.  This is clearly chronic problem based on your message boards. Unlock my phones and let me escape Boost Mobile peacefully & quietly. ENLIST YOUR SUPERVISORS/

iPhone purchased from Boost still not working after 6 weeks.  Agents have "escalated" problem but no one from Boost will respond.  Dealers say Boost network will no longer work with supplied sim card, ....but if I "upgrade" my account to the "advanced network" for double my current bill they can make it work!

 

If anyone has successfully gotten their new iPhone to work on their existing account will you please PM me?  Thanks!

Thanks.  I appreciate your moral support.  It is pretty clear that the agents have no power to help.  We've tried this route for 6 weeks.
