Checking for case update on iPhone unlock

I called to have my iPhone 7 Plus be unlocked, my phone was activated previously with boost by my mom and was later activated again for my use, the agent I spoke to said it was eligible for unlocking so it could be used with another carrier, she gave me a case ID number which is 280386975 and asked for my email they said they would send me an email but I haven’t received anything I’m hoping this is a better way to check up on my case for the next time
