Can't get passed the "We had trouble processing your ICCID. Please try again." error.

I have recently bought a new phone and want to swap to it. I entered all of the necassary information and when I pressed continue, I got a screen saying I needed to update my firmware. After i finished updating the firmware, I got a new error saying "We had trouble processing your ICCID. Please try again.". How do I get passed this? I have been trying for the past few hours.
