I just bought an iPhone 7 from you guys and it arrived today. When trying to activate it I would get to the choose my plan section and it would freeze.

I am having the same problem. I bought an iPhone 6 s Plus from Virginmobile and received it this week. I have been trying to activate all morning but it keeps getting stuck. What should I do?
