Boost Mobile Activation (Help Needed)

My new Iphone SE works great but I cannot activate it. I enter my info even with a new number and it says his iphone is not available for activation even tho I don't have service at all, All I want is an easy plan to choose and an effective way to activate the phone but there is always twists n turns. I tried the other two options for numbers not the one starting with an E. The furthest I got was that my phone is locked for some reason and it told me to erase my stuff on the phone n whatnot which is not happening. I moved my stuff from my last iphone to this one and need a guide or something to help me activate my phone.
