I'm in south Texas, we went thru the freeze, I called boost 2 times asking about getting a credit for just one month and their response was yes we can do that we see you were badly effected, you have been a loyal customer for years and years and guess what, the rep I just spoke to said they lied. And I have both case #s. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY WRONG! I don't need a hand out but yes it would of helped alot considering all that we lost. And the cherry on top, I have 2 phone payments left on this phone and all the sudden it doesn't charge, turns on and off on its own, battery dies instantly.  I WONT BE A LOYAL CUSTOMER MUCH LONGER NEEDLESS TO SAY!
