Where is my phone no one knows

So ups never got my phone and boost dosnt have my phone. How am i supposed to get my phone i have called all the numbers im not getting much help here. Im never gonna use boost after this if i get my phone ill use it untill its out of date and switch over to verizon or at&t or something. Boost support is not helping.
