I AM VERY UPSET AND MAD. I DO NOT UNDERSTAND WHY 2 YEARS AGO WE SIGNED UP WITH UNLIMITED DATA AND NOW YOU ARE CAPING OUR DATA. NO THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE. UNLIMITED IS UNLIMITED NOT CAP. HOW CAN YOU TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS THIS WAY? WHEN I SIGNED UP WITH BOOST I EXPECTED TO ALWAYS GET THE UNLIMITED THAT I SIGNED UP FOR , NOT FOR ONE DAY YO UTELL ME WHEN I CALL AND ASK WHAT WAS GOING ON THAT YOU ARE NOW CAPING IT. WE ARE VETERANS AND HAVE BEEN WITH BOOST OVER 2 AND SOME YEARS. I WOULD EXPECT MORE FROM YOU . IF THIS IS NOT RESOLVED WE WILL BE GOING TO OUR LOCAL NEW STATIONS AND ALSO ON SOCIAL MEDIA.
