I had better reception BEFORE the new sim card was installed. Please explain ????

The network has gone from decent to horrible after I setup the new SIM card.
Hello Bruce. We understand how this change in the network can be frustrating. We are aware of some issues customers have been experiencing. We are working hard with our partners to get this resolved. At the moment we are using T-Mobile's network. We have an agreement with AT&T and there will be more news to come on how that will affect you as a customer.
