Can't process my online order to boost up

I have been trying for some time more than 2 weeks to order a new apple XR phone through boost up and each time it keeps telling me my address is invalid even after clicking on the address given through your pop-up. It will not allow me to get pass the 1st screen

Hello daisym20. We are sorry to hear that you are experiencing this inconveniences placing your order. For BoostUP! to work, the billing address on your card, the shipping address, and your Boost Mobile account address needs to be the same. 

Did you confirm that all three addresses are the same? Do you want us to access your Boost Mobile account to verify?
