I was informed that I had to replace my SIM card for my Boost phone which I did on December 24th 2021 I attempted to switch the SIM card which deactivated my phone they claimed that the SIM card was faulty had to order another one they again claimed it came on January 3rd to my porch I have yet to see it I haven't been able to use my phone since December 24th 2021 my phone bill was paid in full until February 18th 2022 they're sending me a check for $50 they refused to refund the other $50 I just want to know how long it'll take to receive my check in the mail so I can go buy another phone and service at another company thanks
