Was sent a sim card with the wrong part number

I'm trying to activate an old sprint phone I have confirmed works with boost but the sim card I just received in the mail has a part number that doesn't match up when I follow the steps to activate. I just keep getting a notification that it's and invalid sim.

So I've ordered a new sim from boost and gone to two stores now and I still can't find a sim card with the right part number.
