Hi there! PIN numbers on our systems are 4 digits long. Your PIN number will be by default the first 4 digits of your Virgin mobile PIN number. If you use that and still are not able to log in, then it would mean that your account has not transferred over yet.
Virgin Mobile accounts are being transferred one by one at their respective due dates. Let us know if you require further assistance.
I am having the same issue. Got an email from both Virgin Mobile and Boost saying my account has been transferred. I tried logging in with only the first 4 digits of my PIN but it tells me that I have tried logging in too many times and to wait 24 hours to try again. I tried waiting the 24 hours and it happened again. How can I log in??
