USERNAME field in device settings

Hi. I didn't know where to post this. I have a Samsung J7. I just noticed (2wks after system update) there's a USERNAME field in the settings. Under ABOUT PHONE, STATUS. And it's my actual name with @myboostmobile.sprintpcs.com after it. When did this start appearing on devices? Why? Who else can see that info?
