Unlocking a phone

Hi, I am trying to unlock my old Samsung S8. I have talk to 3 representative in the past 2 weeks and none seem to be able to help me. I don't want to call and deal with a fourth person. Is there anyone on here that can help me unlock this phone? I have a service number they gave me if that helps. Thank you
